Dr. Nguyen has been extremely helpful with figuring out the correct prescription for me and has truly made a difference in my day to day life! She is always offering good advice and is always able to answer any of my questions. The front desk staff is lovely too.
I had been seeing various eye doctors at EyeMart Express in Grove City, OH for years. One day, my apt was with Dr. Natalie Nyguen. I have never been treated with such concern for my eyes, such consideration for my care and her time with each patient as I had with Dr. Nyguen. I started seeing Dr. Nyguen at her W. 5th office and I could not be happier, more pleased and feel that I am in good care and in good hands with Dr Nyguen. Her personality, dedication, throughness and care are hands down top of the list. She comes highly appreciated and recommended. Please, check her W. 5th office out and make your appointment. You only get one set of eyes a lifetime. Be grateful that there is a doctor who cares as much for your eyes as you do. My sincere appreciation to Dr. Nyguen for my eye care. I have been a patient at this practice for over a year and truly value the medical expertise and care provided by the doctor. However, the wait times have become unmanageable. During my last two visits, I waited 90 minutes and 2 hours, respectively, and ultimately had to leave both times without being seen due to other commitments. While the quality of care is excellent once seen, my time is also valuable. Having to receive results via email because the office is running so far behind is not ideal for patient care. I’ve raised this concern with the doctor directly, but the scheduling issues seem to be getting worse. I hope the office can address these logistics, as it is becoming very difficult to remain a patient here despite my respect for the physician.

Love Eye Co.! Ive been a patient here for a little over a year and have enjoyed each visit with Dr. Nguyen and the staff. They truly do care about their patients. Shout out to Pai for explaining what is happening each step in the exam, and being knowledgeable about the eye exam!
