I want to share that for the first time in a long time, I felt like I truly mattered during my visit. Dr. Barbera and the staff treated me with kindness, respect, and patience. They appreciated the notes I brought with me instead of dismissing or undermining my input. They took my symptoms seriously and did a thorough job investigating what was going on with my eyes. When they realized I needed more advanced testing, they immediately arranged an appointment for me at another location with the proper equipment. I didn’t have to wait months — they made sure I was seen as soon as possible. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Barbera. I’m sure the whole team is excellent, but she earned my trust. For once, I left an appointment feeling heard, respected, and cared for.

My mom got cataract surgery in both eyes, Dr Smith did such an amazing job not only she didn’t have much pain afterwards but her vision is perfect now and can see without glasses. The Staff starting at check it to the nurses who do the testing all have the best and highest standard of customer service and care. I absolutely loved the way each person we interacted with was so nice and so patient and so caring. This place definitely gets five stars and honestly has top tier staff and service.

I would not recommend this practice. I felt like everyone was rushing through my appointment just to be finished for the day. It is no fault of mine that you were behind by 20-30 minutes, yet I felt penalized for being the last appointment on a Friday afternoon. They had me so upset that I was crying on my way out. And I will NEVER return. The only thorough person was a young woman who initially took me from the waiting room to an exam room and performed initial examination. She was very kind and I did not feel like she was rushing me out to be finished, she took her time and I felt very relaxed with her - KUDOS to her and thank you for the kindness. Everyone else I saw just rushed me through, and for the prices patients are paying, we deserve better care!!!

The folks here are all super nice and so kind. Every time we have been here, we were greeted with friendly faces and smiles. Dr. Smith is fantastic, and so easy to talk with! He answered all our questions and concerns. Got the best socks too!! Highly reccommend!

I got a piece of wood (saw dust) in my eye while cutting some lumber. It was bothering we for several hours. I was recommended to give Eye Consultants a call. They were able to work me in their schedule right away. I had to fill out three pages of paperwork, but within 10 minutes, they called me back. A nurse went over my current sight. Then I went into the exam room and waited for the eye doctor. Doctor Marion did an awesome job. He was able to spot the debris right away. After dropping in some numbing meds, he got the splinted of wood out. It was embedded in my eye. Great customer service and fair price. I will recommend to anyone for this service!
