Eye Contact

I had a very disappointing experience with this place. The doctor was very kind and professional, and the girl who helped me was also very nice, but unfortunately the owners completely ruined the experience. I paid a very high price for my glasses, and they ended up getting damaged from the inside without any impact or accident. This was clearly not caused by misuse, yet nobody wanted to take responsibility or help resolve the issue properly. On top of that, the financing through CareCredit was another nightmare. Be very careful with autopay and linking your bank account. They continue taking money, add extra charges if payments are not perfectly handled, and customer service is extremely difficult to deal with afterward. I strongly recommend using only a credit card instead of giving direct access to your bank account. The owner was rude, dismissive, and very unpleasant to speak with. For the amount of money they charge, customers deserve much better treatment and accountability. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Doctor was nice but their service sucks. They told my husband his glasses would be ready in 3 weeks (which I thought was a long time) it's been over 4 weeks and the glasses haven't been sent out yet!! And nobody answers the phone either. Had to go in person to find out the status of glasses. Do not go here if you need glasses right away.

This shop now located at 141 Main Ave in Paterson always treats me well. The staff always looks for a way to accommodate my budget to my needs. Sofia along with all the other girls is very charismatic and always pursues customer satisfaction. Dr. Hanna is a true professional and very accurate which is important since you don’t have to go back for a second check. They moved from the old brick building to a block down at 141 Main Ave; it has a blue sign with white letter. Don’t go to the old place.

I moved an hour away, but I still go to Sofia every year! You cannot beat the service, premium brands, quality of frame/lenses, and pricing. The new shop looks even better since they moved 141 Main Ave. Highly recommend!
