I've been seeing Dr. Kwon for a few years now for specialty contact lenses for eye pain from a neuro condition. It can be challenging to find a provider that specializes in such lenses, and I had tried through other large clinics, but the precision and individualization just weren't there. I couldn't tolerate them comfortably or consistently. That changed when my doctor referred me to Dr. Kwon. Her office may be small, but the expertise and attention to detail I've received for this process is something larger, more recognized clinics really weren't giving. Dr. Kwon brings expertise, focus, and tenacity. Her attention to detail and commitment to getting it right has improved my quality of life so much. Another thing that's consistently stood out to me is her integrity and accountability. She's a professional through and through. Corey and Beth deserve recognition also. Every interaction with her team has been kind, compassionate, and thoroughly professional. I can't recommend them enough.

I was super nervous to be entering an establishment that I have never been to before. Being up close and personal and creating small talk is not my thing. But I felt so comfortable here. Dr Kwon was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. The lady who took me back initially, was also VERY kind!! The man at the desk was SO fun and helped me pick my new look! From the second I walked in the door, I felt so welcomed. This was my first time here and I will be coming back! When my glasses were ready, the lady who helped me totally complimented my frames and made me feel so confident. This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been to an eye care place that cares so much about the patients.

Second time being with Dr Kwon and her team and she’s the best eye doctor ever! I’ve had complex needs my whole life and see an eye doctor regularly. They go the extra step to make sure you are taken care of and your eye needs are taken care of. They are true professionals and relatable!

Dr. Kwon is the best eye doctor I’ve been to. She is kind, knowledgeable and really listens to you. You will not leave the office until you have all your questions answered and your needs met. She truly cares and wants the best for your eyes. Kudos to Cory too, he is patient, also very knowledgeable and is great at helping you find a pair of frames that look good on you! I was referred to Dr. Kwon by a friend, so now I highly recommend her to everyone I know!

Just got home from my first appointment with this clinic - amazing experience! Dr. Baldus was such a fun guy! He explained everything thoroughly and made the experience comfortable and efficient. The receptionist and technician were friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend.
