It was my first time going, and everything was really fast. The staff were very kind, and the doctor very kind too and did a great job. The whole process took about 20–30 minutes, and I loved my contact lenses. I didn’t expect it to be so quick — it was super easy. I definitely recommend them
Wonderful experience! Each staff member was extremely nice helpful and explanitory. I was respected and treated with kindness. All smiling all very helpful. The DR. Was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased I've never had such a great experience with an eye center and I've been going every year since I was 15 to the eye doctor. I will definitely recommend them!
⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in the U.S. I came to this office only to order contact lenses. I was told about the exam fee, but no one clearly explained that additional tests and services would significantly increase the final cost. What upset me the most was the lack of transparency. Only after everything was completed did someone sit down with a laptop and present me with a long list of unexpected charges. If I had known the total cost upfront, I would never have agreed to those services or scheduled the appointment. I’ve been getting eye exams and contact lenses for years at another office, where everything was always explained clearly in advance. This experience was completely different. Patients deserve to know all recommended services and their costs before any services are performed. Clear communication and transparent pricing should come before treatment, not after. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.
I love eye designs on Sunrise blvd in Citrus Heights. Service is amazing and Cyndie is so knowledgeable and NO one can adjust glasses to fit perfectly like her. Always a smile with a great attitude.
Eye Design Optometry is amazing, already recommended to my Husband and I by our Son. Customers service is great, they’re kind and caring. The doctor explained everything clearly and I had every test I needed in one visit. I’m very pleased. Thank you 😊
