What’s the point of having a phone if no one bothers to answer it? I was automatically hung up on three times, by the optometrist office and the optical department. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I am very happy with the eye exam service. I didn’t buy glasses of frames there. But the optometrist was super nice and friendly. She was patient enough to be personable and talk story with me. I give them 5 stars.

Kevin A. great service for taking the extra effort to review my medical plan to apply the applicable discounts. Costco also had a sale/ special $40 off for buying two pairs. I took the deal and ended up paying $114 for two pairs of prescription glasses. First one ( Oakley frame) is for driving at night the second ( Shaq.O'Neal) prescription sunglasses. I have never "seen" a better deal anywhere else. You'll need to bring in your prescription, choose a frame( they have a variety of choices), and if your medical discounts does the rest.

My daughter's glasses nose cushion broke and I called to inquire about repair. To my surprise Ms. Lisa from Optical shop fixed it for free. I just want to say thank you and feel valued.
