Eye Doctor Inside Costco

It's Costco, so it's a good experience. Lot's of product, great deals on clothes, fresh fruit and vegetables, prepared meals, medicine, even fresh flowers, and the super cheap snack stand past the check-out area. I usually buy my car tires here, they install for free and do free rotations. My only reservation is that this store in Willowbrook is almost always crowded so moving an oversized shopping cart through the aisles can be challenging. The store in Wharton is a little less busy off-hours.

I purchased hearing aids at the willow brook store and had a wonderful experience. A young lady named Ashley performed an incredibly thorough hearing test. She was incredibly professional in every way to help me get through it and explained in detail what was going on. I picked them up when my order arrived and Ashley took me through step by step fitting and operating training. I can’t say enough about Ashley’s work she is very talented made it a very pleasant experience.

Like many of the other costco it is always clean and organized, nice staff. Gas is always cheaper than other stations in the area and always like to end up filling up here before continuing our trip. We also enjoy that it is right off the highway and close to a bunch of other stores and mall.

We needed help sorting out an issue with a display piece, and someone directed us to speak with the supervisor by the registers. When we went over, we were greeted by Eli—and we’re so grateful we were! Eli went above and beyond to help us, providing all the answers we needed. If there was ever a question he didn’t know, he quickly found the answer and came right back. He truly made our shopping experience amazing!

This my first time at this Costco location but checking line was not as bad as the other location. I checked out with in 10 mins
