I called and made an appointment for an eye exam. The girl who answered the phone was apparently in a rush took my information and the day before my appointment i get a call from someone at a tampa number saying they couldn't verify my insurance. I called back and left a voice mail as they had my name wrong. Then I get a text to complete new patient paperwork. And the system wouldn't allow me to do the paperwork because it said I had no appointment scheduled. I'm a nurse and this is really terrible customer service and patient care. I canceled the appointment and will go elsewhere. If they can't get the name correctly to begin with makes me wonder about trusting them with eye care.

I normally get my glasses here but you can't get a special if you use your insurance.. then if you break your glasses it will cost you to replace.. no warranties. They tell you they do then when you do there will be an out of pocket cost. Contacting my insurance company now. I bought them 3 months ago and the frames are no longer in stocks. Sketchy business practice. After years of doing business with them.. I won't go there again.

I was very disappointed, referred back to Insurance and will Not use again. On my examination form it says I Declined Diliation never asked. I did tell her my eye disease Dr did but that's for Retina not vision, and she did you Know this? I asked her to fill out form from DMV as I am a Senior. Gave excuses why my Eye Disease Dr whodoes Not deal with Vision which is reason for exam there and to get glasses. She refused which EYE Disease Dr informed is her responsibility and Insurance coverage confirms ... She threw her lack of responsibility off on me, never trying to help me out for her Not dilating my eyes and saying I declined which I did Not.

Great service. The doctor was very helpful and explained some concerns my husband had. They did their best to try and not go over his insurance all

Jeannine Gutierrez is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. She was so attentive and very insightful to the complications I have with my eyes and helped direct me as to the condition I may have for further testing. Was not rushing me at all. Staff is so helpful! Highly recommend. Thank you!
