Doctor Azwell was extremely professional and kind in helping me with my exam and got my prescription corrected when past doctors couldn’t. Dr.Azwell and all of the girls up front are lovely. I had a great experience here, paid a low price, and was able to get follow-up help after receiving my exam and new glasses.

I’m really shocked at some of these reviews. My husband and I just finished our first appointments at Optical Outlets and it was such a pleasant experience, from start to finish. Everybody in the office was kind and helpful. The Dr is so sweet and treats everyone like they’ve been a patient for years. I haven’t been to the eye doctor in 10 years and was still wearing my glasses from then. No judgement at all! Prices are great for self pay and they have a large selection of glasses. Although she was running a little behind we were out the door in just a little over an hour past our appt time. Two eye exams & picking out glasses. I couldn’t be happier that we chose Optical Outlets for our eye care needs. Thank you for making the appointment easy and pleasant.

Edit: Although I had a poor initial experience with the doctor, the staff later called me offering a refund or the option to try again with a different doctor. I am pleased to say that the customer service at this location is excellent. Thank you. I wasted $60 (with insurance) and 2hrs of my time for a contact exam just to be told that “maybe contacts don’t work for me”. The assistants were amazing and great at their job, but after trying 4 different contacts that were all blurry Dr. Azwell gave up and told me I could “maybe try again on another day”. I still had to pay for the contact exam with a useless prescription that won’t work anywhere else. After digging into my eyes 4 separate times the contacts still didn’t work and were blurry. I want to stress that the assistant was amazing and professional, but Dr. Azwell “just tried”.

I just picked up my fourth and fifth pairs of glasses that I have purchased from Optical Outlets’ store at Titusville Landing in Titusville. The gentleman who assisted me with my order this time also assisted me with previous orders. Both he and his colleagues have always done a superb job. They are polite, attentive, professional, and efficient in providing me with great glasses, and they’re happy to make any needed adjustments.

My sister and I walked in today to optical outlet and we were greeted by a very nice lady named yajaira. We told her why we were there we needed her glasses adjusted they were crooked they were loose, etc. etc. she took our glasses immediately went in the back when she came out very shortly my sisters were perfect. First time she had to go back only once for mine it was such a nice experience. She was explaining things about her classes pointed out to my sister. She had her nose guards on the wrong way cleaned them gave us a case just made it a very nice experience as I was leaving. I said to her is your boss here cause I would like to talk to him, you need a raise you were professional, friendly, and an asset to that company. She made it a pleasant experience and I’m going to say if you’re employees or that knowledgeable and kind then that must be a good management as well thank you so much for making our day a little bit easier.
