This place is amazing. I came in for an exam. The doctor is good. This is my first time for contacts and Natalie was very supportive and thorough with how to put on/take off my contacts. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She was like a cheerleader rooting for me and encouraging me when it came to learning how to put them in and take them off. She reminded me to not get impatient, to breathe as it is never easy when doing something new. I was very impressed with how much Natalie knew. I asked to speak to the manager to let her know how amazing she was and ended up laughing as I found out she is the manager. Go figure. They definitely picked the right person. The other girls are nice but Natalie definitely made me feel special and my appointment was splendid. This was the first time someone actually explained my prescription to me and asked me at the end if I understood everything or if I had any questions. Natalie you are the best girl

Ordered my son’s glasses close to a month ago. I had to call after a few weeks because we hadn’t received any notification that his glasses were ready. The person I spoke with on the phone was even surprised that they weren’t ready yet and that the date for them to be made and ready was pushed back so far. I called this morning, 4/5/26 to get an update. The representative stated i was called on 3/27 and that they left a msg. I didn’t get and call and I have no record in my phone at all of any voicemail. We won’t be back

Interesting New Concept at Optical Outlets. They tell you the price of the eye exam after the eye exam, not before. Last week I stopped in Optical Outlet and made an appointment for today and asked if my insurance would cover the exam. He took my insurance card and then returned it. He stated my exam is covered. Today, I had my eye exam, and then was told the exam wasn't covered. If that were true, why was a price not quoted to me beforehand? It would be a duty for the employee to tell the price for a service before it is rendered. Or is that just me? Enter at your own risk. P.S. I was never told upon entering for the exam that it was a virtual doctor. I didn't mind as I still would have taken the exam,but I think it's a duty to inform client of this. The virtual doctor did seem nice and knowledgeable though.

I brought my daughter for her first pair of glasses and Netrich was very knowable about the whole experience. She even offered extra protection because of her age that came in handy. She’s Awesome

Dr, Durante did an excellent eye exam. He came up with the correct prescription for my eyes. My recent prescription from an opthamologist was incorrect.
