Eye Doctors Optical Outlets

Great eye glasses store for a national chain. I and my family have had good eye doctor and customer service experiences both at the Tarpon Springs and Port Richey stores. Plenty of parking and easy to find and get to. They have ample but not extensive choices in frames and will professionally service all lense and contact requests.

Had the best experience at Optical Outlets today thanks to Katrina! I was on the hunt for the right best frames, and honestly, I was struggling to decide. Katrina stepped in and saved the day. She listened to exactly what I wanted, offered expert advice on what shapes would suit my face, and hyped me up in every pair I tried on. She’s friendly, professional, and clearly knows her inventory. Thanks to her, I walked out with the best glasses for me and a huge smile. 10/10 service!"

Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous they were patient with my mom whose 100 Especially Melanie who did tests on her eyes and got her some water. Also Katrina who spent time for mom to pick out best glasses. Very personable. Thank You Very Much

This location used to be great when suzanne was still there .. i asked for copies of mine and my daughters perscription . Not only did they not include the PD on either script, My daughters was poorly written and nor myself or any of the eyeglass companies i tried to order from could read it. I called and was told they would email a typed version but never did. I reached out through email on the company website and recieved no response . I was also told when her glasses were ready they would call .. its been days, i go online to check the order . It says ready for pick up ... customer service has really went to crap. No one should be forced to buy frames and lenses from their office. Such a gross practice.

Don’t buy the cheap glasses… both pairs broke in less than a year. I’ve worn glasses for 30 years and haven’t broken a pair in my life. Not quality.
