The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the process. I almost chose another place because I use a rollator and there are several steps inside. But no need. They carried it up and down for me. I am new to having disability issues and am very pleased when people offer to help. The glasses are fine as expected and will continue to use this location.
I am not and have never been a customer. Heck I love out of town so probably will never be a customer. My glasses were dirty, I went in looking to see if they had eye cleaner to purchase and they gave me a wipe for free no questions. Very kind of them, if the service was that nice and I wasn't spending here can't imagine how they treat actually customers. So if this helps you choose them awesome just wanted to repay the kindest

These guys were so helpful and kind! My kid broke their glasses on vacation and they fixed them right up. I noted that they were incredibly patient and kind with the other customers coming in and even had same day eye appointments available. Thanks guys!
Horrible, absolutely horrible. They are reluctant to give you your prescription. They hold you hostage with it. Because they want you to buy expensive glasses from them. They did not include pupilary distance in my prescription which is needed for ordering glassess in general. When i called them they refused . Absolutely need to be shut down.
