Best place ever! been coming here seven years now. Excellent service, amazing workers, Lulema and Kim my absolute favorites, their attention to your needs is topnotch. Dr. Chen is an amazing doctor who is attentive to your concerns and catches details other might miss. Trust me you are in good hands, you'll have good reasons to keep coming back.

Service is awesome, everyone is professional, Very cool bunch of people that knows what they’re doing. You can tell that they prioritize their customers needs with a high level of customer service. Have not had any problems with any of the staff members and have always been received big smiles and friendly gestures. Their products and glasses are second to none when it comes to quality and durability. Overall a great experience every time I am there.

How do I make at 12:30 appointment and here it is 1:00 and yet I'm still being told that somebody else is in front of me while somebody else is still in the exam room. My point is I don't get why they have appointments, have you make appointments if they're not going to stick to the appointment time that you set it for. I had prior plans to pick up my son at a certain time from school I could not stay there until they decided they were ready they didn't know how long it was going to be or anything. Nice people, but horrible service structure. They accept walk-ins even when they have appointments so I'm assuming that the walk ins were ahead of me but I don't see how that works or how that's fair or anything. LULU is the best I’ve been a customer for maybe 10 years now they always treat me nice and their prices are great specially the deal for the off brand glasses 2/$100 .

They are ridiculous I came to visit doctor asked for appointment the staff said you don’t need appointment come Friday 11 am-3pm I went12.30pm they said I need appointment it’s disgusting they are unprofessional and disrespectful
