I see some bad reviews here. My experience was great. I didn't have to wait at all. The doctor was extremely pleasant, kind and and patient. When I purchased the glasses the lady was beyond helpful and also very pleasant

I visited them for an eye exam a little over two weeks and they are very nice and the optical shop outlet is nice too, just takes a little longer than the Dartmouth location it seems to get their glasses back to the customers.

They want you to schedule an appointment but they NEVER answer the phone. Then when you go in person they have appointments in like 3 months. The eyeglass side is very good but the people doing the scheduling on phone need a new career path.

I've had bad experiences there so don't go there anymore! Even though it's very close to my house, I instead go to the one in Dartmouth. They're so much better there!

I've been coming to this location and seeing Dr. Mastrolia for over 15 years now. I have never considered any other doctor or practice. Out of all the medical professionals I see, he is my favorite. I look forward to appointments. The staff here are lovely and it's so easy to schedule appointments in a timely manner. 10/10
