Went to pick up my new frames today and there was a clear problem with them. They were quick to acknowledge it and let me know they’d be ordering me new ones. Apologized when there was no need to when it was not their fault. Very accommodating and great customer service!
This Eye of the Tiger Vision store is my favorite optical store. The two opticians are very patient and professional, and they offer a wide selection of frames. Such as Burberry, Gucci, Nike, etc. I have my new eyeglasses here almost every year. I just purchased a pair of prescription Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses here, and my vision insurance covered over 60% (I was told most of the vision insurance covers this type of eyeglasses), which made it a great deal!
Great experience! The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful, and they took care of everything for me. Dr. Sheth was very nice, explained my vision clearly, and made the whole appointment easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
My experience was great. The doctor and staff were friendly and efficient. I was in the waiting room for only a few minutes before being called to the exam room. I'm glad I found them on Google maps. I'm looking forward to my new eyeglasses. ☺️
Dr. Sheth is wonderful and the staff are so friendly, polite and helpful! I wish all doctor appointments could be as pleasant as this one!
