My experience at the Boca office was great. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome, more than just another number( patient) Dr. Rosey Misdraji spent time with me, and I did not feel rushed during my exam. The prescription Dr. Rosey wrote for me has me seeing sharper than I have seen in years. Quality Medical Care. Thank you.
This was, without a doubt, THE WORST experience I've ever had with an eye doctor. I waited over an hour just to be taken to the first room, only to be left sitting another 30 minutes waiting for another doctor. No communication, no concern for my time, and no care shown at all. If you want to waste your entire day at an eye doctor, this is the place. And don't expect any comfortable amenities—no TV, nothing to make that endless wait tolerable. My advice: stay far away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever. I was recommended by my primary care physician. I’ve already told them not to send anyone else here. If you don’t want frustrated patients, this is the last place to recommend. There are plenty of great doctors in Florida who care for their patients and know how to run an office. Choose better.
First time there, office clean, front desk people nice, they started my appointment almost on time, and the crew and Dr Gupta very professionals. Yes my experience was positive and I recommend the place.
In general, I felt that the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to what they do. But I also felt this facility was all about the money. Since my brother is handicapped, I’m kind of in charge of what he does and does not do. I came expecting to be told That. Yes he needed a cataract surgery. But I was not expecting to be given a sheet of costs when he is on Medicare and has insurance. They made me feel like it was all about the money and not my brother. Therefore, I’m going for a second opinion elsewhere.
Professional and knowledgeable staff from start to finish. Dr Gupta was very reassuring in her diagnosis. I fully recommend this office for all your eye medical needs!
