The Doctor is good. I went there twice. Good luck getting an appointment with them. They never pick up their phones. I called them 10 times and they never picked up their phone during business hours. I tried texting them and emailing them too. I finally decided to get a new doctors that actually has a real person pick up their phones.
Ms. Dorothy provided excellent service and made the whole process so easy and smooth. She’s definitely an asset to your organization and will definitely refer people to Eye physicians of East Bay. Ms. Dorothy’s position is the face of your organization. It was such a pleasant experience.
I recently had an eye emergency, and Dr. Pascal and most of the rest of this team are fantastic! I don't remember everyone's names, but Dr. Pascal, Amira, Julia (?) and Cory were so helpful. One, Shanna, I'm not sure why she works there. She was a big aberration to the rest of the team for me.
Staff was very considerate and made sure I could get in before my vacation…I appreciate their help..
