My visit Eye Site Optometrist was great staff was very professional, answered my questions with no problem,The exam doctor gave me comprehensive care.After I met with an assistant who help me select glasses.The price was getting a bite high, after cutting back on some recommendations, I was pleased with the results. I was pleased with the care overall. I will recommend family and friends to this location. No photos or videos at this time.

"Eye Site Lanham tried to charge me a $50 fee for my prescription after a medically necessary post-surgical eye exam. This violates FTC Eyeglass Rule 16 CFR 456. UnitedHealthcare confirmed my exam IS covered under medical benefits. When I refused to pay the illegal fee and canceled, staff retaliated by falsely claiming 'your benefits are not covered until next year.' I have vision changes due to 2 emergency scleral buckle surgeries. I am partially blind in my left eye. It's unsafe to walk around with no sight. I was able to book elsewhere with no problem and no prescription fee. Filed reports with FTC + Maryland Board of Optometry + UnitedHealthcare. Not safe for kids — see other 1-star reviews about wrong prescriptions for children."

I had a wonderful experience at Eye Site! Dr. Ibrahim was truly amazing—she took the time to actually listen to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor who makes you feel so heard and comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for attentive, top-notch care!

The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received—highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Eye Site yesterday. I visited for my routine two year eye exam. I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours and had less than a 5 minute wait to see the doctor. The office was clean as well as modern and the staff at the front desk was very pleasant. I also liked that the office is located in close proximity to my office and home. Dr. Ibrahim was very kind and personable especially to my daughters since I went after school hours. She conducted a thorough exam which was covered by the insurance company. She also explained the purpose of each test and let me know immediately what she saw. Be mindful there is a $45 charge for an additional screening/picture. I’m not sure if that is optional. I really enjoyed my experience and will be back!
