Got a referral to come see this place because of a corneal ulcer in my left eye. I really like Rachael the PA. She’s straight to the point regardless if you like it or not. Aggressive (in a good way). You can tell that she cares to do everything even informing patients the right way. Switching my eye dr to this location because of her.

My five stars go to Dr. Knauf and his professional staff after visiting this particular MD for the first time today. Dr. Knauf used a painless, quick laser procedure to remove a cloudy film from behind a lens implant. I am already seeing clearly for the first time in quite a while. I might add that there was no wait…visit took place at scheduled time. Thank you Dr. Knauf

I was very disappointed in the service today. They made me purchasing my contacts from them very difficult. They required another exam just to change the contact brand to one that was more affordable then what they had written. I was only seeing a few months back so my prescription was good . The lady at the optical center also had bad customer service, she was very smug and refused to just ask the doctor if they could change the brand without me having to be seen. It's like they don't want you to buy the contacts from them. I would love to talk to a manager. If she is the manager then this place is not going in a good direction.

I went to have my left eye checked out. Was seeing a dark spot. I thought it was a floater, but wanted to have it checked. My appointment was at 2:00. Got there around 1:30. The waiting room was full. Didn't get called back until after 2:30. The tech was good. He did multiple tests. Then I had to sit in another waiting room because they didn't have enough rooms available for the number of people waiting to see the doctor. Apparently they overbooked and only had one doctor working. When I finally saw the doctor, I asked her if I had a floater. She responded by asking me what do you think. I'm sorry. I'm not a doctor. I am here because you are the eye specialist. She was also in a rush to get me in and out. One other thing. The techs were just hanging around gabbing with each other. One couldn't wait to leave. All she did was complain the entire time I was there. I was there for over 2 hours. Will not go back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lusk for years. At first I was happy with the services she provided but the last couple of times I’ve been in to see her she was short, did not really take time to listen to my concerns and spent very little time with me when she finally came in to see me (I had been waiting for almost an hour). Very disappointed in the service and office staff more concerned about insurance being updated in their files. The whole experience left a very bad taste and I will not return to this office! Do not recommend Eye Site of Tampa Bay, service and quality have been very disappointing!!
