I was so impressed with the eye doctor’s office today. They deserve the highest review for professionalism and excellence. Aubry, my tech, was professional, competent, and extremely knowledgeable. She also took the time to educate me on the best types of frames for my prescription, which I truly appreciated. The frame selection is amazing — they have every style you could possibly need. Maria in the frames department was wonderful: personable, kind, and very helpful throughout the process. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy, and that positive energy carried over into the overall experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and exceptional customer service.

I went in for an eye exam, and I I was amazed at how well the staff was so friendly and attentive to my needs. The tech that initially started, my exam was super friendly and had a great smile. The doctor Came in following her and she was amazing very attentive talk to me throughout the whole exam explaining what she was doing with a smile. Thank you eye specialists of mid Florida for taking care of me in such a great way. I look forward to continuing this a patient of theirs and for Excellent eye care they provide.

My husband & I have been receiving eye care here for 10 years. Scheduling is easy & front desk check-in is efficient. The facility is spotless. Assistants who perform initial tests & prepare us for the Doctor's exam are friendly & professional. We have eachi seen & had surgery by Dr. Damien Welch with great satisfaction. Today's visit was with Dr. Fernandez who is very efficient, personable & informative. Her scribe, Ariel, did a good job & took us to the optical department. Our visit there was productive and I am excited to receive my new glasses in a couple of weeks. We love Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida!

I bought new glasses at Eye Specialists of Mid Florida . Traci was very helpful when I was picking out my glasses. Mariah also helped me. I really appreciated their opinions and expertise finding just the right glasses for me. They both really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the choices we made. Thank you so much for your help. I went back the following week to pick out sunglasses. Again Traci and Rene helped me find sunglasses that would look good on me. They both gave their opinions on which ones looked the best. We went outside to decide the color of the lense in the sunlight. It was great having two people help me make a decision. I felt they were both very honest with me. If it didn't look good they told me. Thank you both for helping me. I love all my glasses. I highly recommend Mid Florida.

Had a very good experience on my first vist to Eye Specialists of Mid Florida. I received a thoroughly comprehensive examination and prognosis. In my opinion they really went above and beyond to make sure that I was aware of the many options that I had to choose from for treatment. Overall I had a very positive experience thanks to all of the staff and Doctors. A special thanks to Carolyn Bassett, Opthalmic Assistant. She was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous.....
