My husband had an eye exam here yesterday. Office was clean, staff was very courteous and receptive. Dr. Heden gave my husband a very thorough eye exam. Very nice guy, will definitely be back.
They scheduled my appointment at 7:45am. I woke up sick and tried calling to cancel from 7:15am to 7:50 am. Come to find out they didn’t even open until 8am. Then they had the nerve to send me a $75 bill for not being at my appointment. Not to mention that whenever you go there for your eye appt they are never available for you to pick out your glasses. Have to make a separate appointment for that and then go back in again to pick them up when done. Needless to say they will not see any more business from me.
Wonderful experience! Came as a new patient, was there an hour. Everyone in the office is very friendly and works great as a team. So happy I made the switch!

Doctors Fenzl and Heden of Eye Surgeons and Associates are very knowledgeable and their methodologies are excellent for the patients’ wellness, healthy eyes and improved vision. They have offices in the Quad Cities and Geneseo. I had a Cateract extraction procedure done with no problems.
