My mother is patient of this eye clinic representative was so rude to my mother talking so loud Ben raced to my mother only thing she ask can’t she call pharmacist she no I will not call is not my job I go there beause of dr green burg he is nice dr orther wise I pick any dr my area there was problem if they don’t care for there patient they don’t recpcet patient I will file complaint to department human right my mother is patient long time with this dr. Now I don’t trust front desk representative they do any thing

I am very appreciative that Dr. Greenberg accommodated me within a few hours upon calling when I was experiencing a painful eye situation. I was patched for two days and felt I had thorough and attentive in person follow up throughout the week.

My compliant is with the front desk lady. She didn't know what she was doing and didn't know the answers to many of the billing and scheduling questions. I specifically asked, before my eye exam, if the exam was going to be covered by insurance or if I had to pay out of pocket. Instead of listening throughly to my question, she cut me off and said you just pay for contact lenses which I was fine with. But then after my exam they added extra 60 dollars for my exam. They have done this before to me and i excused it as a misunderstanding but they scammed me again. I will never step foot in this office again. The eye doctors themselves were nice and knowledgeable. But the organization of this place is a joke. Never again! Now that I think about it, it mightve been discrimination. I am muslim. The lady was scoffing at me and laughing at me. She was belittling. She even said "i said what I said in perfect english", I was confused why she said that but now I know it was because she was being racist!!

My main issue was with the front desk lady, very unprofessional and rude. I called asking if they performed an eyelid cyst removal procedure at this clinic and was rudely interrupted and told to ask the doctor those questions, then when I asked her if it was possible for her to find out for me she hung up on me. I dont have the time to schedule an appointment for a procedure that might be uncertain because it is an URGENT issue! Don't come here if you need immediate help the staff are unhelpful and do not take your issues seriously.

I usually check patients reviews before seeing any new doctors. SO SORRY I failed to do this before my first visit yesterday!! Dr Greenberg was pleasant enough, buy not very communicative at all during nor after my exam. ALSO, this was the shortest eye exam in history! When I asked about my new glasses (advised him that prescription was 3yrs old AND Trifocals). His advised me that OTC Readers should suffice?! I am 63yrs old. with obviously poor distance vision!! OMG, how is this hack being allowed to practice?? I've since alerted my Ins Co of this insufficient exam. Thankfully, they approved my getting a second opinion.. STAY AWAY!!!
