We had a great experience at Dr. Dorfman’s office in Weston for my daughter’s follow-up eye exam. From start to finish, the visit was quick, easy, and very well organized. We didn’t have to wait long at all, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Dr. Dorfman was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job getting my daughter to follow instructions throughout the exam, which can sometimes be challenging with a young child. I also really appreciated how well she explained everything to me. She took the diagnostic terminology and explained it in easy-to-understand, layman’s terms, making sure I understood what was going on. She even provided me with a brochure so I could read more about my daughter’s diagnosis on my own, which I thought was incredibly helpful. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the office itself was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of seating. I also appreciated the little details that showed they had thought about the experience for children. My daughter received a sticker and lollipop at the end, and they even provided disposable sunglasses after her eyes were dilated, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-out was especially smooth. They had all of the necessary paperwork and documentation ready, including the prescription, receipts, and school documentation we needed, which made everything incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant, efficient, and stress-free experience. We were very happy with the care our daughter received and would definitely recommend Dr. Dorfman’s office to other parents!
