It was my first time going and they made me feel so comfortable and talked to me as if I've been a frequent patient. The groupon code they have helped a lot for me personally too. When you call to make the appointment and say that you bought the coupon the doctor explains it again so there's no confusion. Definitely going back for different glasses!
Would definitely recommend them . I walked in, they checked my vision on the spot. I got myself 2 pare of glasses. They carry nice brand name collection to choose from. They took their time to find me the right type of glasses that fits my features. Professional and polite. A+ Thank you.
Made a late night call to leave a message, and the owner picked up, and actually spoke with me. I was jaw dropped and floored. After filling my prescription (which turned out perfectly) he continued to be a kind and helpful man. Visit his shop, give him your business you won’t regret it.
With the DMV closed and my insurance gone I was on the hunt for a place that would not overcharge me for the mandatory eye exam for license renewal. Found this place and called to make an appointment. The owner was really nice and gave me a price quote and general run down of what will happen. I was running late but the owner was nice and still kept my appointment. He offered me hand sanitizer while i waited for him to prep and sanitize the exam room. The eye exam took 5 minutes and he consulted me on my results. He then preceded to send my results to the DMV for me and take my card for payment. Eye to Eye Optical has been a stable in Williamsburg for a long time and is run by a great owner that will work around your schedule and offer you the best prices and advice for your optical needs. Definitely give this place a visit! $30 bucks for the eye exam without insurance!
Don't go to this place the owner is a joke. First let me start by saying I bought glasses in this place for my whole family including me. I began going to this place in june of 2017. 4 months ago I took my daughter to get new glasses. I told the owner while I was there that my glasses needed adjusting so he told me let me check your insurance while you here to see what you are entitled to at this point so I agreed. I did not purchase any frames at that moment and 2 weeks later i recieved a letter from my insurance saying they were charged For full service. So I went to the store and spoke to the owner and he said oh I don't know how that happen so I told him fix it please. 2 days later i get a call from him telling me that the insurance was never charged so i told him Sr please my insurance company said you charged them just fix it. He told me ok i just fixed it. So feburary 6 2019 I went back to him to see if he can fix my frame because it was breaking he said nope it cant be fixed but he was very very cold with me in fact he did not even offer to show me new frames. If this is his way of doing business well guess what buddy you need me I don't need you and if you continue with this type of service you will not have a business for long.
