Three of our family members have had very positive experiences at Memorial Eye Center-Meyerland. We had seen both doctors and Diego and Tanya were also efficient, friendly, and helpful. The care feels thorough and personal and it is affordable as well. A great option—especially for those in our Meyerland area. They also have a nice selection of eyeware/frames.
Terrible staff. The only reason I’ve tolerated this place is because of Dr. Wong. She is excellent. The staff is rude, dismissive and is very obviously annoyed at simply being there. It comes off in their communication with patients and it’s really off putting to the point where I dread having to go in for follow-ups. Although Dr. Wong is great, this affects the overall quality of care. I wont be returning solely based on the how unprofessional and cold the staff are.
Dr. Zaibaq is very thorough and genuinely one of the best. He quickly diagnosed my eye condition that a previous optometrist did not catch. He works hard to make sure your needs are met. Would recommend to anyone!
I had an excellent experience at Memorial Eye Center – Meyerland for my eye exam. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Dr. Wong took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. The office is clean, well-organized, and the team really goes above and beyond to provide great care. I left feeling confident in my prescription and overall eye health. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a thorough and professional eye exam.
