My two children and I been coming to Dr. Michelle for 23 years and from day one she and her staff have been nothing but nice and professional to us. During that time I have referred my Sister and her 2 adult Sons, My Brother-In-Law and his family and friends. Now my grandchildren are now her patients. Dr. Michelle cares about her patients vision and only want the best for them. I wouldn't trade her or her staff for nothing in the world. I let her know she isn't allowed to retire finding another her won't be easy

I just want to take a moment to recognize Ms. Harper for the wonderful experience I had during my visit this morning. From the moment she took me back to the room and got me set up for the doctor, she was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. Her attitude was truly above and beyond amazing. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel so comfortable and cared for during an appointment, but Ms. Harper did exactly that. She was patient, sweet, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Staff members like her really make a difference in a patient’s experience. Thank you, Ms. Harper, for your outstanding service and for going the extra mile. It did not go unnoticed!

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years the staff are amazing and friendly and make you feel comfortable in their office! Jess is awesome she makes you feel welcome love her energy

I love this place! They are always respectful. The past 2 years I have taken my niece with me. They let her go behind the desk and show her what the inside of your eye looks like. Everyone please make sure you call BEFORE booking online!!! I booked online for them to call me back and say that they aren't in network with Caresource anymore. I was crushed. 😔 I love going there but now I have to find somewhere else. People who go there with a different medicaid plan might work. I do know if you have to get bifocals, you have to pay out of pocket. I had to pay $150 for mine. I'm gonna miss y'all 😢

The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Shout out to Jess she is amazing with her patients!! The doctor listens to all your concerns and is very thorough, same day appointments. Overall I love this office and have been going to them for years!!
