From the moment I walked in everyone was so welcoming and willing to help with glasses selection and given their honest opinion on how they looked on me. Receptionists greeted me with a smile. Great conversations were had with Tara, Crystal, and Tabitha while waiting on the most amazing Dr. Ottmans. Some days I don’t even want to leave. It’s like hanging out with friends. I appreciate Tara for the snacks as well. Keep up the good work guys!

👁️EyeCare Associates (Pelham) Crystal(The Tech) took such amazing care of me from start to finish. She was professional, patient, and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does! And listen if she’s not already a manager, she definitely has the skills for it! The way she handled everything so smoothly and professionally really stood out. Also shoutout to Tara, Hal, they know how to help with finding the right frames for you. Dr. Oltmanns for making my exam smooth as possible and providing me with excellent care! The whole experience was welcoming and efficient. I love Dr. Mansfield!! She has been taking care of my eyes for along time. I moved away for 7 years and came back to the area and made sure to find her!!! She is the best!!!
