I got several texts and calls to confirm these appointments, which I did. We got here 20 minutes early. Our appointment time was 11:00 and it is now 11:50 and we are still here waiting. So we have been here for over an hour. I tried to follow up with the receptionist at 11:25 who was very condescending and only kept reminding me of my appointment times. I have been here before and have never had any issues, staff has always been nice and we have never waited too long. I have recommended several people here and so I hope this was just an off day because I would like to keep coming here.

This place is wonderful! Had a great experience with the staff and especially Augie. He was wonderful and helped in every way and answered all my questions that I had.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this private practice. After paying, I was unable to get my calls returned despite multiple attempts. I also requested a refund and did not receive a response. Lack of communication in a healthcare setting is concerning. My daughter was getting headaches everyday without her glasses. I would recommend not coming here.

I really like the staff here. They are very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions or concerns. You may have attend to you in a timely fashion or very organized polite. I love this place. It’s the only place I come for my appointment.very prompt

The doctor and staff were very professional and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The doctor explained everything clearly and even recommended some vitamins to help with my eye health. I had a great experience.
