We are so incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to have our son see Dr Ngo for eye exam. Dr Ngo is not only knowledgeable, she is patient and kind and answered all of our questions. She gave clear and thorough summary and feedback. The entire office staff was so pleasant, polite, and accommodating. It was a wonderful stress-free experience. Dr. Ngo is fabulous. Four stars is because of lack of enough variety of frames and past issues with the quality of frames and lenses purchased.
Dr Ngo took her time explaining everything to me and was very thorough. The office staff was also kind and patient! I would recommend going to them.
This is an amazingly thorough, highly specialized optical practice. After seeing multiple doctors and being told my daughter’s vision was fine, the school district requested that we allow this practice to give her an exam. We received an incredibly detailed report, and for the first time were able to properly diagnose her vision issues…issues that were significantly disruptive to learning and not easy to detect. We highly recommend this practice.
They are very friendly and thorough. Even though we only see them once a year, they make sure everything about our visit is perfect. Dr Ngo is great. The staff is great.
