Staff cordial and helpful. The wait time was shorter than Metairie. Everyone very professional. Nice big office very clean. Dr Lacour was his wonderful self.

My experience with the Eye-Care Associates was great!! I called and made an appointment requesting to be seen asap due to a stye that seemed to be getting worse and they were so gracious at understanding and finding a time-slot for me to come in, which was the very next day. Once seen, Dr. Thibodeaux was great, listened to my concerns, and thorough. He also validated some of the things I was noticing in my body and that was reassuring as well. Would definitely recommend them for your overall eye health needs!

Wow! What a great experience! The office is modern & immaculate. The staff at the front desk were well spoken, pleasant, & professional. Doctor Scott D. Lanoux gets ten out of ten for both interpersonal & professional skills. He & his staff patiently listened to me describe my symptoms, asked good questions, ran tests, and gave me the results & recommendations in easy-to-understand language. I left there with complete confidence in my health care providers. Thank you!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an Optical examination. The entire experience from the front desk to nurses and doctor. All of them made me feel incredibly confident with the care I received. I personally recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a professional team for their eye care.

I have nothing but great things to say about Eyecare Associates. I felt more cared for and listened to than I have at any other eye doctor’s office. Dr.Thibodeaux and his assistant were top notch. I’m happy that my insurance had them as an option for me when deciding on a place.
