I was traveling from out of town and had an issue with my contact lens but my regular provider did not have an office in Chapin. Although not a patient here, the Eyecare Center was able to help me out. They were very helpful and all of the providers that I dealt with were very cheerful. Thank you so much!
Went here back in April and got new glasses. Paid everything in full according to my receipt and with the understanding that it was paid. Fast forward to June and I get a bill in the mail. The glasses I have is way too strong to the point they are making my eyes go cross eyed and I am unable to wear them. I can't wear them to drive at all and driving is my work. Not happy with the insurance money and my own being wasted. Paid the bill up even though I am in disagreement with it.. Not coming back to this place. Update: I even got another bill in the mail after I paid up the first one for the same amount....
Ally was so amazing. She helped me pick out the perfect frames for a last minute problem. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind!!! I cannot thank her enough for helping me today!!!
Efficient and Professional. Dr. Wint and her team tested the health of my eyes and sight with great care. My wait time was minimal and I really enjoyed playing the video games and having my eyeballs photographed (they were A - OK). Highly recommend.. Great team.
Always well taken care of at Eye Care Center- Chapin! Dr. Branch and Wendy are the best! Love the new little remodel they’ve done for frame selection. Great styles and I have never had a problem when I pick up my new glasses.
