I love their service, always very thorough and very knowledgeable. Christina has always been very professional. She has so much patience and knows her patients needs. She knows my style and is always ready to be honest with the frame you pick. She will tell you if this is right for you and will give you good advice on what she thinks is better for you. I recommend this location and the Doctor to all my friends and family.

The Eye Leaders staff - Alice and Kaitlyn are so amazing, kind and make you feel as your part of the family. Dr. Joseph makes you feel very comfortable and he’s so easy to talk to. I’ve tried other clinics in my Pasadena area and nothing compares to their services. I highly recommend giving them a visit !!

I’m so grateful to Cristina she is amazing and very professional, she guide me to every step and the best fit for my new glasses. She also manage to get my new glasses ahead of time, I really felt a warm customer care and I’m so grateful to have meet her. Cristina is a asset to this company. Thank you Highly recomend it.

Hi, this review is to let any African American people not to use this company or anyone with moral standards. I came here for an eye exam. The eye Doctor wanted to change my contact lens. I said ok. I also order a pair of glasses. I went to pick my glasses up and they were crooked. They sell you what’s on the self as new glasses. Even though everyone had tried them on. I advised the older lady I didn’t want those glasses. I paid for new frames. So that’s what I expected. I am a first time visitor. The supervisor called and said that’s what they sell. I told her it’s fraud to sell your used on display glasses as new. I contacted eye med and made a complaint about my experience. So, fast forward the conversation. The manager said she would get me new glasses made. So, I also had my number changed cause I am new to Houston. So, every time I went to pick up my glasses. It would be a sign on the door. They are out to lunch or the door would be locked during normal business hours. So, months later I went to this business again. The door was locked but I just so happened to peek in the receptionist was sitting at the desk. I do believe every time I came there to get my glasses the receptionist watched me come there and never opened the door. When, I finally speak to the receptionist about my glasses. She said the semi retired eye doctor that do not work there had took my glasses home. I asked why would he take my glasses home and what do you guys do with glasses that are not picked up. So, she stated they resell your glasses that you paid for in full... I never got any type of communication from this business in the mail or anything about my glasses. They also have cameras so I know they were seeing every attempt I made to pick up my glasses that was paid for in full the day of the appt. Then, when she called to let me know they have my glasses on the day of pick up. The door was locked again I had to knock on the door. The receptionist was in the back. She had picked up the phone on the way to the door.. Then after she let me in she proceeded with the conversation like I was not there. So, that’s not professional... I really believe she is prejudiced to African American people. Please do not give this business any of your black dollars.

When Dr. Fredricks passed away, I continued to come to this Dr.'s office out of loyalty and comfort. I have been coming to this location for 30 years! I know the building has relocated but I still came to this eye dr. I brought my teenager to get contacts and the contact lenses did not work out for her. We brought back the box of lenses unopened. When we came back, they did not allow the payment to go towards copay for her glasses because part of the monies I paid was a "fitting fee." I understand policy and procedures and I do know that certain "policies" can be changed as an accommodation. $56.00 dollars may not be a lot to some people but for others this is dinner for a family, this is a water bill, this is gas in your car, ect. Since they could not make an accommodation for my daughter with a disability, I will not give them any more business and will continue to share this post on all rating platforms. They are unreasonable. I am certain now that I am posting this review, they will reach out to me via this review for me to reach out to them when they could have been understanding and reasonable from the beginning.
