Dr. Needham and her staff are exceptional. They made arrangements to reschedule my appointment, putting me on their cancellation list and literally calling me the same day to reschedule my appointment to better align with my schedule needs. They attentively addressed my needs and concerns, all while making me feel at ease with the overall (but familiar) process.
The staff was very professional and courteous. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable. The only thing that will likely prevent me from returning, unfortunately, is their office hours. Only 4 days a week and very similar hours to what I work. I can't be taking 2+ hours off to go in.
Not only do I love Dr. Needham for my own Eyecare needs but I trust her with my kids. She is kind, patient and thorough. Everyone in her office maintains a calm and soothing atmosphere.
