After calling at 1pm to make sure they were still taking appointments because of the storm moving in I was told they would let me know if anything has changed. After driving for 2 hours through the storm. I was told there is a 10 minute window and it was 3:28 my appointment was at 3:15 I agree I was outside my 10 minute window. But the doctor had already left. I will never go back. Loyalty means nothing to anyone anymore. I could have just gotten an appointment 10 minutes from the house. A lesson was learned today. Never again. They forgot who the people are that kept them going after 15 years. I have waited multiple times for half an hour or more and in a snow storm they can’t wait 15 minutes for me this place has been getting worse and worse I will never step foot in their door again and besides that they are one of the most expensive places.

I have been going to these doctors since grade school and they have always been very wonderful to go to and very knowledgeable. It is fun to pick out new eyewear from their good selection after getting my newest prescription.

Went in because I was told prescription expired. They allowed me to schedule knowing I have medicaid but with held the fact that medicaid only covers every other year and I'd have to pay for contact fitting eye exam and glasses out of pocket. After struggling to contact medicaid I wasn't even able to be seen.
