The most friendliest receptionist ever !! Dr. Ross assistant was amazing and knew what she was doing. Dr. Ross, well he made me feel welcome and comfortable. Such a nice man. Doug was absolutely knowledgeable about the frames and was very helpful with my choice. Great time in Rockwall and could not be any happier with my first visit !!!!
Dr. Moulder was pleasant, and Michelle in the frame area was friendly and helpful. I gave 3 stars because the front desk person who checked me in and out (Amy?) was not friendly or pleasant to work with. She ran the wrong insurance even after I told her I had VSP. She was adamant I didn’t have VSP coverage and was not helpful resolving the issue for me. It wasn’t until I saw she had misspelled my name on the check out documents that I realized why she couldn’t find my insurance (not sure how she misspelled it, since i filled out my check in paperwork onsite and I gave her my ID and Insurance cards when I checked in.) There was no apology from her for the mistake or for her attitude when I told her she was mistaken about my insurance.
First time here and had a great experience! Dr. Neiman is great and easy to get along with! He listened to my concerns and addressed each one and for the first time in years I walked out wearing contacts I can see clearly out of! The team overall is wonderful, from checking in to picking out frames, everyone is so patient, positive and answered any question without hesitation. I look forward to coming here again!
The team at Eyecare Rockwall provided outstanding care during my visit. Dr. Neiman and the entire staff always make me feel welcome, take the time to answer all of my questions, and create a genuinely comfortable experience. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I’ll definitely be back.
Dr Moulder has been great. He's knowledgeable and very friendly. My dog scratched my eye and Dr Moulder knew exactly how to treat my eye. I'll be going back soon to look into options to relieve my dry eye symptoms! The technicians and receptionist were very friendly and professional too! Definitely recommend.
