The staff is always so nice and helpful! When I first went, I was skeptical of the virtual appointment with a virtual Dr! But truly the best prescription I’ve ever been given! This is now my 2nd year and I’ve brought my Daughter over as well. She sees the in house Dr and I still do the virtual deal! It’s been awesome! Thank you all!
The front desk staff greeted me with smiling faces. They were helpful and professional. Nick did my vision tests before seeing the doctors. He was also professional, funny and down to earth. The virtual doctors helped me get the right contacts needed for work. Overall great staff!!
I love that I was able to conveniently schedule my annual check up, they have the slots I need. Dr. Loudon is great and made sure my eyes were thoroughly checked because I am diabetic. Staff is great and accommodating and very friendly.
I just left the EYE CARE CENTER in Wilson, NC and I absolutely love this location. This location gave positive Vibe. Rebecca Bailey was awesome. She was professional and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with her I'm changing my eye doctor care at the Wake Forest location to the Wilson location. I encourage you to go visit the Eye Care Center in Wilson for professional care.
This was my first eye exam in an about 3 years. I didn’t know that virtual eye exams even exist. Nick was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and requested some products for the existing issues I was having. Very cool dude. Thank you Nick for such good service!
