My husband & I started using this facility 4 years ago. Our last visit was 10/2025. As per their policy glasses are paid in full before an order. We paid in full, they called for pick up. We picked up, no mention of balance due. Six months later they started sending notice that we had a balance due. This only came up when I canceled our appointment scheduled for June 2026. I have been fighting this for months. Every time they respond they come up with something that we never ordered or added to the glasses. They are continuously adding things to justify why we owe this bogus balance. NEVER again will we go back. Funny thing, between both of us, we have bought 6 pair of glasses always paid before the order. The girl that helped with the last order had 6 inch nails so I'm not sure what she entered in their system however, I do know for a fact we paid in full before we left.
