I've been coming to this office for years, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Back in March, my son and I scheduled eye exams for April. Out of nowhere, we received a call saying our appointments had been canceled and that we needed to reschedule. I spent the next two weeks trying to reach the office by phone and couldn't get anyone to answer. During that time, I even noticed job postings for this location, which made me wonder if they were having staffing issues. Now it's July, and when I finally got through, I was told they aren't scheduling appointments until September. After having our appointments canceled by the office, expecting patients to wait another several months is unacceptable. When I was asked if I wanted a September appointment, I declined. I understand staffing challenges happen, but communication and continuity of care matter. Longtime patients shouldn't have to chase down an office for weeks only to lose months of access to routine eye care. I hope this office addresses its scheduling and communication issues because this is not the level of service I've come to expect after being a loyal patient for years. I don't feel valued as a client as I've given grace several times without knowing the full picture of whats going on I'll try somewhere else

If I could I would give this business a 0 star rating. I scheduled an appointment over 2 months ago only for it to be cancelled 5 days before the appointment. When I booked the appointment I asked if they seen children that are 5 years old, because I was having issues finding a doctor that would. I was told yes by the women making the appointment for me. Yesterday I received a text saying that my child had missed her appointment. I called the number and they said that the provider doesn't take children under 5. I said okay but she's not under 5 she's 5. Then she corrected herself saying they don't take children 5 and under. She then said we called you and left a message. I told her this was absolutely unprofessional and hung up. I finally got the notification of the voicemail 2 minutes after I got off the phone with the lady. The message stated that the provider doesn't see children under 6. I waited 2 months and rearranged my schedule for this appointment and for what? Absolutely nothing.

Awful experience. When I needed help over the phone, they refused to help and instead redirected my son helping me to a website, despite my verifying and authorizing him to help. They then called my phone back and hung up on him. I do not appreciate the lack of consideration or assistance.

On the way out I asked on of the techs to adjust my glasses. She did an amazing job. They have never fit better. The front desk staff was also very helpful and polite.

Inga was very polite and helpful and made the frame purchasing portion very smooth. Dr Mehta was sweet as usual and the newer tech, I didn't get her name but she was gentle and nice as well.
