I am from AZ Roseanne booked my appt in a timely manner with Dr Getten ( forgive me if misspelled) they are very kind, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I am in very good trusting hands. When you first arrive you are greeted with a smile. Very calm , positive atmosphere. Highly recommend EYEcenter Optometric!
My family and I have been long time patients. We have always had excellent care here. My son recently broke his glasses. Unfortunately there was an issue with the lenses on the replacement. Kelly, Kathy and Rosanna went above and beyond to correct the issue. I am so grateful to them for their kindness and get it done attitude with this issue. Highly recommend EYEcenter Optometric!
I had an appointment with Dr. Scott Gittins with my two children (ages 6 and 13). Everything went very well, and we were seen on time. He has an excellent approach to children, made them feel comfortable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this center. The office is very clean, conveniently located, and has plenty of parking.
From reception to technician to my new Dr. Scott Gittins to the attentive lady who helped me choose my new glasses.Everyone gave excellent care and attention to detail. I had been injured in a full body slam broken- nose on concrete sidewalk. I was scared and apprehensive. The technician eased my fears. Dr Scott Gittins was excellent in care and reassured me, even knew one of favorite co workers. I felt happy, well-cared for at The Eye Center. Thank you! Thank you! Been utilizing this company for over very 30 years at the Greenback location and then this one the last couple years. Receptionists is rude and then they want you to fill out documents multiple times after already filling out the same forms already filled out online that they send to you and request your info which is fine I get that. But I already did that and nothing has changed. They are claiming the system has changed but are rude about it like it’s my fault. I am not about to spend my hard money to support rude people employed by this location. I will go to my original location without the attitude.
