The owner is an ignorant manchild. believe every one star review about him. Sent a patient out with risk of permanent retina damage, and when confronted about it, turned into a defensive loser. Knows absolutely nothing about his occupation and what his technicians are doing. Obviously his technicians are poorly trained as well. Do NOT go here if you value your eyes. Any reply he makes to this is a poor attempt at salvaging his loser image

The owner decided to tell me all the wrong information about my insurance. He told me I would be reimbursed by my insurance. They rush you once you decide to buy glasses and push you to upgrade all your glasses. The next day I called to cancel the glasses I ordered for my son and I. The owner would NOT cancel the order (1) day and said there was nothing he could do after I paid him over $1,100 dollars. I will never go to this place again. The only good thing was the doctor was great! The owner and sales people just want your money. Never again will I return. It is correct and this will be going to the BBB. I already made a complaint! My claim never went to the insurance and I'm out of network . As you told me we were in network. The owner is a scam artist. Read other reviews I'm not the only one!

Great experience from start to finish. Jennifer was so patient on the phone working with my schedule to help me find a time for appointments for my two kids. Norma checked us in and started with the kids and did a great job making them comfortable, they were nervous about the eye drops. Dr. Rudo was so thorough and explained everything clearly, answering all my questions. Neither of them had had eye exams before so we didn’t know if they would need anything, turns out neither needed glasses and it was so refreshing not to be pushed to buy something we didn't need. We really felt like they cared about us as people and not as another dollar. My 8 year old said twice that he had fun and can’t wait to go back. Thanks everyone!!

Just moved here from New Jersey. Went to this eye location to see Dr Rudo. Very nice and thorough! After the exam sat with the owner and he was getting ready to sell me glasses and proceeded to break my only pair while cleaning them. Said they were cheap frames and that's why they broke. I have had them for a year and clean them 5 times a day, no problems! Brian offered to split the cost of new frames! Split the cost!!! Then he processed to tape the glass with packing tape. Super nice guy then turned into a jerk once he broke my glasses. Don’t go near this place for glasses. He broke my glasses!!! Come on! One last thing, the guy Brian told me that Costco optical department doesn't have certified optitian in there stoes in Delaware. Call Costco when I finally got home only to find ALL have certification except one woman who is half way thru her course studies. Owner is a liar, doesn't know his market. I will be pursuing legal action for this incompetency. He literally took tape a said he could fix them. Stay away from this place!!!! Dr. Rudo get out of there!!!

Dr. Rudo and staff are very professional and caring. She is an excellent doctor and gave me my vision back better and more clearer than when I was younger. Cataract surgery was very successful and smooth. Thank you Norma and staff for making it a great experience. Forever grateful. Highly recommend Eyecon.
