I love the friendliness and helpfulness of both Dr Hendy and Kim when selecting frames. They are so helpful and caring. I have had my eyes checked there several times and have been very pleased. I like that they do a digital scan instead of those horrible drops in your eyes. Her prices are good. That’s important to me. She would order any frame you like if you don’t find one in her office. I always need petite and most places haves limited resources in that category. Give her a try you won’t regret it. Her exam is only 99$.

Dr. Caroline Hendy is simply the best around. She took time to explain everything to me and throughly exam my eyes. Both of my sons are also patients and they love her! Eyedeal eyecare is the place to go when you want the best in caring for both your eyesight and eye health! And can we say wow to the frame selection for both men and women! Many thanks to Dr. Hendy for bringing her wealth of knowledge, experience and nurturing eye care to our area!

By far the BEST EYE DOCTOR EVER! Dr.Hendy is very thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is exactly perfect and you are not rushed nor feel ignored.I had gotten glasses elsewhere and it was horrible and i wasted my time and money but now i actually enjoy wearing glasses since she and her amazing staff helped me get exactly what i needed! I highly recommend everyone to Dr.Hendy @ Eyedeal Eyecare for the best service possible!! Her staff is exceptional nice and helpful in anyway!! PLUS you will save a lot of money here also!!! THANKS AGAIN!!

10/10 recommend! I went here as a child and have now brought my daughter back for her preschool screening. Doc was patient and encouraging with my wiggly little one! Appointment was quick, staff was friendly, office space and exam rooms were clean and well maintained, and the parking lot was easy to find and clean! We will be back for our annual exams and I recommend this office if you’re looking for a new eye care home!

In fairness, I am posting this negative review retroactively, and I certainly hope that service has improved since my husband and I got new glasses several years ago. Because of the incompetent staff, the wrong prescriptions in my glasses as well as my husband's, and the alarming amount of $ spent, I can never recommend Dr. Hendy. We spent almost $1000 on two pairs of glasses and I ended up having to donate his as he refused to try to get the prescription corrected THE THIRD TIME. I settled with just one change to the lenses. I had fantastic insurance and he had crappy insurance, but we paid almost the same amount. I'm incredibly nearsighted (-9.0) and staff took me into the room without glasses or contacts in and insisted that I tell them the letters I could not see except for E. This took 15 minutes. Again, in fairness, the assistants from Huffman and Huffman and 20/20 Eyecare weren't that great either, but the doc was good. I have been to most of the optometrists in London and there are no longer any of their facilities that I can recommend.
