I went to get my eyes checked for the first time—and believe me, I went to the right place! I absolutely loved the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. It starts the moment you walk through the door at the reception desk, where Lesly is incredibly kind; she explains everything with such warmth, guiding and assisting me right through to the very end. Dr. Derrick Badaracco was very attentive and highly professional. Finally, I ended up purchasing my frames with Stephen; he was very attentive and friendly, and he helped me choose the specific frame styles that best suited my face shape. I truly couldn't have been more delighted with the service and professional ethics displayed by everyone there. They are all exceptionally well-trained. I recommend them 100%!

This is one of the best eye Doctors to see in the area. The equipment and special testing is top shelf and the both Dr. B and Dr Jen are excellent at getting to the best possible acuity including a very complete health check of the eye. The dispensary is wonderful and did a great work with awesome results.

My annual eye exams here have always been good, and the doctor’s attitude and service were professional, so I would have gladly given 5 stars. However, during my recent visit, Jennifer ask me recommended an additional test after the annual exam. I specifically asked whether the test would be covered by my insurance, and she was told that it would be covered. When I returned for the test, the procedure took less than 10 minutes, but afterward I was unexpectedly charged $75. I was not informed in advance that there would be any out-of-pocket cost. I was disappointed by the lack of cost transparency. I believe clinics should clearly explain potential charges before performing additional tests so patients can make informed decisions. I would encourage others to double-check insurance coverage and confirm any extra fees beforehand. ………… Thank you for your response. I understand that copays, coinsurance, or deductibles may apply depending on insurance coverage. However, my concern is that this was an additional test recommended after my annual eye exam, not something I originally came in requesting. Before agreeing to the test, I specifically asked whether it would be covered by my insurance and was told that it would be covered. At no point was I informed that there could be an out-of-pocket cost. If there was any possibility of additional charges, I believe that should have been clearly explained before the test was performed so patients can make an informed decision. This was the very first time I have ever gotten my eyes checked because I am 42 and things are getting a bit hazy! Boy oh boy was I in the right place! From the time I walked in the lady up front was so nice ( excluding the fact she was a Texas Longhorns fan) same with the guy who fit me for my first pair! But the doctor was the best. She was so informative and even showed me the back of my eye balls which I thought was super interesting! I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience.. all the equipment was state of the art and even though my eye sight is pretty good she was still able to make the haze go away! I learned that I have developed a stigmatizem over time! Thank you eyedeal eye care your the best I won’t be seeing anyone but you!

Best ey doctor experience I’ve had in years. The female optometrist was super kind, patient, and informative. 5 stars for her. Another 5 for the lady that helped my pick iut my glasses. She was knowledgeable about her products, quickly helped me find glasses exactly to my liking, helped me orders styles to try, and helped my get the best bang for my buck using my insurance. 5 stars all around. Really great place and so nice to finally have a good eye doctor since I’ve moved here 3 years ago!
