This is not for the front desk customer service. She was very kind and I have no issue with her. Now whoever the optometrist was today and her assistant can kick rocks. You provided everybody in front of me with exceptional customer service but treated me like I did something to you. It really perplexes me how some people act towards a certain demographic while being from that demographic. If you didn’t want to do your job or didn’t want to be there on a Saturday. Don’t come to work. I will never return to this establishment for an eye exam. The only reason I still came to this office was because of the original optometrist that doesn’t practice there anymore and the optometrist I saw last year. They were really good with their patients. I don’t know what this new one is on but I’m cool on her and she’ll never have to worry about my patronage. Ain’t no way boy. If you got that attitude with certain individuals that did nothing to you. I’m going to need you to find a better situation or new practice.

My visit was great. The Doctor and staff was prompt, nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. I love that they are close where I live. Last but not least the office was clean and inviting.
