Eyedocs Family Eye Care

I had my first eye exam in quite a while and was very pleased with my experience at EyeDocs. Tricia at the front desk was welcoming and helpful with my insurance questions. Hailey, the technician, explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. Bittner took the time to address my allergy concerns and explain what to expect with my first pair of glasses. Ema was also very helpful in finding frames that fit well and suited me. Overall, the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a great experience and would highly recommend EyeDocs.

We loved our first visit!! We wanted to find a provider closer to home and they got us right in! Every staff member was happy and smiling the whole time! Dr.Bittner made my son and I feel so welcome and allowed us time to talk and ask questions. This office encompasses all the things you hope for when it comes to your health and well-being!

The eye doctor an staff was kind professional and very clear with diagnosis. Office was very brite clean and refreshing. The complete overhaul of the Facility was a huge positive change. It was a pleasurable experience. The geography has always been perfect to be approx- 8 miles away from home. Glad its still there for my wife and myself to access. Look forward to our next visit. I had a great experience here with Dr. Bittner and all the staff! With a friendly greeting in a newly remodeled office, the attention to detail was evident. My exam went smoothly, with each step being explained to me along the way, and ending up with a fixed prescription that will help reduce my eyes strain! Then after my exam the frames I had indicated I was interested in seeing were waiting for me and I received friendly advice helping pick out my new frames. Being an engineer, the quality and strength of the Ovvo's really impressed me, and they are so light! All in all had a great experience here, and would highly recommend! A great addition to the community.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars for every single employee. I had, hands down the best eye appointment of my life. They were throughal, polite and caring. Went over my concerns with honest and true answers. Office was clean and looked sanitized. I can't say enough good things.
