Such a great experience all-around. Kind staff, knowledgeable doctors, and Amy in the frames department is an absolute super-star. She helped me pick out frames that I'm excited to wear every day Thank you to the whole team and especially Amy!!
Has the worst scheduler and appointment team ever... Was given a time over phone got there, other individuals was being seen that came after us. Was told my appointment was scheduled for a later time 😠. My youngest son was then given a second appointment two weeks later at 9:30am, kept him from camp went to the appointment they didnt block out the doctors scheduled Vacation (REALLY). Then made it seen like it was the doctor just not showing up for her patients. I'm livid that even after that day they never called me to reschedule I had to reach out to them.
Cristina was such a pleasant soul. She helped me find nice glasses even though I was so wavering. Dr. Kang is one of a kind! She is such a professional doctor who's primary goal is customer satisfaction. Thanks team for a wonderful experience! Winstein the comedian
Amy at EyeDocs USA was extremely helpful in choosing a flattering frame for me. She is always pleasant and positive to work with. We are so glad she is back in Highland Park.
Highland Park Location. Doctors here are great and so is the customer services. Got two pair of glasses for a great price and had them ready in less than 2 weeks. Totally recommend this place.
