Eyeglass World

I went in looking for new glasses and I ended up with glasses and sunglasses.. 😊 the guy Sean that I worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable.. they had to upgrade my current type of glasses and I was a little concerned but so glad I did it. They are amazing and fit perfectly.. thanks for being so helpful and caring. Absolutely love my new glasses..... ❤️

First let me say this was such as positive experience for my Granddaughter and myself today. We were greeted by such a nice staff in the optometry area where they gave her both a contact lense exam and eyeglass exam in such a caring and comforting way. Next we worked with Naomi in the eyeglass area where she assisted us in buying glasses and contacts offering the best deal for us. She wasn’t pushy and answered all of our questions. Kudos to such a fine vision team

I bought a pair of glasses for my son and the arm popped off and lost the screw, and the warranty was expired. I came to see if they can be fixed because I tried everything! Naomi and Lisa worked together to fix these glasses. I guess the pair I bought can only use a certain type of screw which is impossible to find, lucky they found an old pair and used the screw from that! My son is so happy to have his favorite pair of glasses back and functional. Thank you!

Went to Eyeglass World for an appointment and once again the bathroom was “out of order.” This isn’t the first time either. Pretty frustrating when basic things like a working restroom can’t be maintained. I actually had to walk over to the furniture store next door just to use their restroom. The exam and glasses were great, and the staff is friendly and helpful, but every time I come the bathrooms are out of order and that brings the overall experience down. In a healthcare setting a clean and functioning restroom should be something patients can rely on.
