I lost my glasses on vacation and came here. Aleydis Rios-Rosa helped me and expedited my order. She was extremely kind and helpful! Everyone here was so kind. They also have a big choice of frames at great prices. I was in and out in a little over an hour! Unbelievable! So thankful for their courtesy and expertise.

Amoris was amazing she assisted Us in finding the perfect pair perfect concierge personalized service. Felt comfortable easy and well informed. If you come ask for her she's amazing. The whole stop is great but she's above top notch great.

Called yesterday after stepping and breaking my glasses at 4 pm. Aleydas and Heather took such amazing care and the amazing service I received. Aleydas fitted me into two pairs of frames and I walked out with not one but two pairs. These ladies turned a horrible situation into the best day ever with the most amazing outcome!! I use Gulf Coast Optometry in Ocoee, Florida because it is convenient to my home. However, I recently had to call to place my contacts order. When I received the order, I began to process the rebate And needed the receipt. I tried my online account (which I have had for years) to see if they had order history. They have a full online system, but nothing is recorded. For example, they have a menu for Order History, Appt History, etc, but nothing is inputted to access. I then called them to see if I could get a copy emailed, and discovered they do not have email, so I still must go to the store to pick up the receipt to process the rebate. Their only communication option is US Mail, which I find a bit low-tech in our current environment.
