I went to Home Goods and noticed Eye Glass World next door, so I just stopped by at 3:30 pm to see if I could replace my glasses. Amaya helped me quickly pick out two very nice pair of glasses. Better yet, my new glasses were ready by noon the NEXT DAY and I got two pair for $175! Amazing price and amazing service with really nice glases.
Been here a few times in the last several months for my kids. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Jim is amazing and really knows his stuff. He has simple solutions to problems that were thought to be more complex. Glasses that were needed were ready in hours (not days or weeks). Contacts needed arrived within 10 days of ordering which was very reasonable. If you need reliable eye care and service, Eyeglass World is very good. Will definitely return and recommend to others.
I have been wearing glasses since I was 41 years old. I have been to several places to get glasses. I went to eyeglass world here in Tucson last Thursday and made an eye appointment. While I was there, I looked at a ton of frames. The staff was so welcoming and took their time helping me pick out two pair of frames that I loved. They also have specials going on right now. Not only was the staff helpful, but the general manager, Anna Henley wanted to make sure that I was happy with the choices I made and was also very welcoming. I went to my eye exam with Dr. James Fabricant. He was so patient and so thorough explaining every process along the way. I felt so safe and confident, knowing that I was in the right place with the right people at the right time. I picked up my glasses last night and they came in a clear case along with a large lens cloth. On a sidenote, I love their mascot, Mr. world. I will refer everybody. I know that wears glasses or contacts to eyeglass world, and I will share all of this on Facebook as well. Bravo ………
I needed an Eyeglass exam so, I asked a good friend and she recommended that I get an appointment with Dr. Fabricant... I made the appointment and was seen by Dr. Jim. He was great! I only wanted a prescription for single vision lenses and he wrote an additional one for progressive lenses too! The other staff members did a great job of making me feel comfortable. The price was reasonable, and with the progressive prescription, it's a great deal!
Great experience. The staff were amazing , professional and very curttious. Highly recommend if you need your glasses same day . Dont waste your time going anywhere other than here . They earned a repeat customer!! Thank you to the staff at this location great work !!
