I am visiting Phoenix from out of state at the start of a long trip. I had some concerns about the vision in one of my eyes even though I had an exam 5 months earlier. I got an appointment for the morning I called. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The doctor gave me a very thorough exam and told me about the developing cataract in the affected eye. New glasses would not fix the problem but I left feeling reassured. It was a first class experience all around and I would highly recommend them.

Totally blown Away with the prices and availability best place I've ever been to! Got me these cool Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses and a cool pair of clear glasses with an exam for around $350! They would have had them completed the same day but their lab was totally full for the rest of the day so I got them the following day first my sunglasses in the afternoon and then shortly after that my clears were done as well AAA+++ same day eye 👀 ware one stop 🛑 shop place!

What an amazing experience. The customer service was great and they seemed super busy. The doctor that did my eye exam was very nice. I think it was Dr. Nelson. His assistant that checked me in and did the pre-screening check was very friendly. I liked that she called me in advance of my appointment to share with me that I had some paperwork waiting to fill out that they emailed me. That would have not been completed if she didn’t make that call. Bella was my salesperson. Very low-key and not pushy at all. The way she handled things made me want to buy some kind of upgrade since I was going with the “two for $89.00” special. I got the anti-glare put on both. The whole reason I came in was because my glasses broke and I was due for a new exam anyways. Seeing how they were broken, I asked if there was any way I could get at least one of those pairs on the same day. She checked and even though it was 3:30 and they close at 6 on Saturday, they agreed to do one. What was really nice of them was that they went ahead and did both so I didn’t have to come back. The customer service here is unbelievable and I’m happy I chose them again.

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. The actual eye exam and doctor were perfectly fine — my issue was entirely with the employees on the floor who assist with the glasses and customer service afterward. My daughter and I walked in and were not acknowledged at all until another customer came in several minutes later. After my daughter selected her glasses, we sat down and waited for assistance while there were three staff members on the floor, with only one actively helping a patient at the time. Despite us waiting over 20 minutes, no one came to acknowledge us, check on us, or offer assistance. Instead, the male employee began helping another female employee with her patient while a third staff member remained sitting at the computer. Another customer then finished browsing glasses and was immediately acknowledged and helped, even though my daughter and I had been waiting much longer. At that point, I asked for my daughter’s prescription so we could leave. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the excessive wait, and no concern shown whatsoever. The experience made us feel completely overlooked and honestly felt intentional. Again, the doctor was great, but the lack of professionalism and customer service from the floor staff completely ruined the experience.

Both Steven and John were very friendly and helpful. I needed lenses ASAP and Steven went above and beyond to get me taken care of. It’s great to see people actually care to helpful when you need it. Would 100% come back here. Thank you again Steven
