Very pleasant experience! Went in for an eye exam, and they are only $85! The doctor was very thorough, patient and she understood everything I explained about my eye conditions, very professional and I don't have to wait for too long. They really respect the customers' time and do everything in good order. I was in and out really quick, and what's fantastic is, they have the lenses in stock, and you can get most of your prescription sizes in a day! Don't have to wait for 2 weeks. Very reasonable price and good service. The best place for your eyecare needs. Recommended!!

Came in to get my sunglasses repaired and was helped by Aaliyah. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. The repair was done much faster than I expected, and my sunglasses came back looking great. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend coming here for any of your eyewear needs!

The staff is incompetent! I spent an hour the first day picking out some safety glasses. I was able to get an appointment the next day for an exam as my previous prescription was coming up on a year, so I was happy about that. I was told my glasses would be ready in two weeks. I received a text message saying my glasses were ready. Excited to go pick them up, I arrive and they pulled out a pair that was completely different than what I picked out. They were regular glasses, NOT safety glasses! Then they opened all the cases of safety glass frames and asked if the ones I picked were in there, they weren’t. They asked if I wanted to pick out another pair from what was there. I told them NO! I want the ones I picked out. So now I have to wait for their manager to contact me and resolve the situation. Very disappointing to say the least! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, my employer pays for a portion of safety glasses and eyeglass world is the only provider they allow,otherwise I would have went to my regular eye doctor.

Waited for 20 minutes, watching the employee speaking to friends. No acknowledgment while we waited. I had to interrupt her. After she told us everything she could not do to help us, we left. She acted like we were bothering her for being there. I’ve taught customer care for years. Looks like I have another bad story to share.

Adam C and Jesica were so helpful and provided excellent customer service. Great assets to this location. Dr Cierra Goldin was also very supportive, informative and comforting. This is a great team! My home store for all my eye care.
